We’ve got some news to share, and we want to make sure you’re in the loop. Our team has made the decision to retire support for the following models of our IP cameras, effective 11th November 2024. We know this might be disappointing, and we want to take a moment to apologize for any inconvenience this change might cause.

The decision wasn’t an easy one, but technology is always evolving, and we want to keep bringing you the very best. Continuing to support older devices can sometimes hold us back from pushing forward with new features, improved security, and better overall performance. Our commitment is to provide you with the latest and greatest in security solutions, and this means letting go of older models that no longer meet our high standards.

How This Affects You

After the 11th of November 2024, the IP camera models mentioned above will no longer function, as it will no longer be supported by necessary software updates and maintenance. This means it will be unable to connect or operate as before, and you’ll need to replace it with a newer model to maintain security and monitoring coverage.
