Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat rate of $10 door-to-door shipping fees to address within Singapore for orders below $70, and free complimentary shipping for all orders above $70.

Order(s) will be shipped within 5-7 working days after order confirmation.

Self-collection

Self-collection is available at our Service Centre

16 Kallang Place, #06-01/05, Singapore 339156.

Collection Hours

Monday - Friday (closed for PH), 10am - 5pm

Note: Kindly ensure that you have received an email confirmation that your item(s) is/are ready for pickup.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at the moment. We are only able to ship locally within Singapore.

However, you will be able to purchase our products directly in the following countries from the respective e-commerce flagship stores:

- Indonesia

- Malaysia

- Myanmar

- Nepal

- Philippines

- Singapore

- Sri Lanka

- Vietnam

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from invoice date.

For returns to be eligible, do ensure the following:

  1. Return items must be unused and in the original packaging condition.
  2. All packaging contents should be returned together, including user manuals or QIGs etc.

We understand and respect that sometimes we have a change in mind and therefore, we try hard to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition, and in the original state.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us damaged or in a suitable condition, or should there be any missing contents, we may have to send it back to you.

If the above is satisfied, we will issue you a refund back to original payment method used to purchase your order.

How to return a product

To make a return or an exchange, please:

  1. Download and complete the Return/Exchange Form.
  2. Indicate if you would like to return or exchange your item(s), as well as state the Reason Code.
  3. Check that the product, as well as all the contents are placed in its original packaging (including user manuals/QIGs etc.)
  4. Include the Return/Exchange form in the parcel and address it to:

Exchanges

We only accept an exchange of item(s) if the original product that you have received is faulty.

Once item is verified, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange and have the item delivered to the original address that was registered in the invoice.
