Promo Period:
The September Walk-in Specials Mobile Router Promo will run from 05 September 2025 to 30 September 2025, or while stocks last. The offer is exclusively valid during this period.

Eligibility:

  1. The promo is open to all residents of Singapore.
  2. To be eligible for the promotion and free gift, customers must make the purchase at the Prolink Singapore Service Centre.
  3. The promo is not applicable to any online purchase.

Payment:

  1. Payment can be made via cash or PayNow. Credit/debit cards and CDC Vouchers are not accepted.
  2. Strictly no refunds or exchanges allowed for the purchase of the new 5G Mobile Router DL-7211 under the September Walk-in Specials Promotion.
  3. If the purchased product is defective, we will replace it for you within 14 days from date of purchase. Kindly bring your purchased product back with the warranty card and your valid purchase receipt from Prolink.

Product Warranty:

  1. Prolink 5G Mobile Router DL-7211 comes with a 3 years local warranty and 6 months battery warranty.
  2. Prolink 3MP Smart Home Security Camera DS-3106-WHT (promotional gift) comes with a 1 month warranty.

General Conditions:

  1. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
  2. The promotion is subject to the availability of the new 5G Wi-Fi 6 Mobile Router.
  3. The availability of the free gift is subject to stock availability.
  4. Prolink reserves the right to substitute the free gift with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.
