SG60 Mobile Router Trade-In Program: Terms & Conditions

Program Period:
The SG60 Mobile Router Trade-In Program will run from 07 August 2025 to 03 August 2025, or while stocks last. The program offer is exclusively valid during this period.

Eligibility:

1. This program is open to all residents of Singapore.
2. To participate, customers must trade in one (1) existing portable router or mobile Wi-Fi (Mi-Fi) device to be eligible for a discount on a new 5G Wi-Fi 6 Mobile Router.
3. A maximum of one trade-in device is permitted per new 5G Wi-Fi 6 Mobile Router purchase. Limits up to 5 trade-ins per person.
4. The trade-in device can be of any brand, model, or condition (working or non-working). The device must be a portable router or Mi-Fi device. Home routers, modems, or other electronic devices are not eligible.
5. Original accessories such as USB cables or chargers are not required when trading in your existing mobile routers.
6. All trade-in devices must be physically handed over to our staff at the point of sale.
7. Participants must be the legal and rightful owner of the device they are trading in.

Trade-In Process:

1. The customer must bring their eligible trade-in device to our Prolink service centre during the program period.
2. The trade-in device will be visually inspected by our staff to confirm it is a valid portable router or Mi-Fi.
3. Upon successful verification, the special trade-in price for purchase must be completed during the time of trade-in.
4. Payment can be made via cash or PayNow. Credit/debit cards and CDC Vouchers are not accepted.
5. The trade-in device becomes the property of Prolink upon completion of the transaction and cannot be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
6. Strictly no refunds or exchanges allowed for the purchase of the new 5G Mobile Router DL-7211 under the trade-in program.

Product Warranty:

1. Prolink 5G Mobile Router DL-7211 comes with a 3 years local warranty and 6 months battery warranty.
2. Prolink 2-port USB GaN Charger (gift for the first 60 customers who participated in the SG60 Trade-in Program) comes with a 1 month warranty.

Data Responsibility:

1. Customers are solely responsible for backing up any data and factory resetting their old device before trading it in.
2. Prolink is not responsible for any data loss or misuse of personal information left on a trade-in device.

General Conditions:

1. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
2. The program is subject to the availability of the new 5G Wi-Fi 6 Mobile Router.
3. Prolink reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program, or to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. Prolink reserves the right to reject any trade-in device that does not meet the specified eligibility criteria.
5. In the event that a trade-in device is suspected to be stolen, or in any situation involving illegal activity, Prolink reserves the right to retain the trade-in device and to provide the device and the customer's personal details to the Singapore Police Force or any other relevant governmental authorities.
6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Prolink shall be final and conclusive.
